Art Psychotherapy, Astrology, and Shamanic Healing in Hackney, and Bethnal Green, East London

I believe the answers lie within. Like Aladdin who found treasure inside the cave, we too can discover our inner riches through unlocking the doors to the inner world. The keys to the door can be found through the therapies I offer on this site. I believe that once we have travelled within, we will gain insights into the journey we make in the outside world. From this place, I can support you in making steps into a larger life! The following pages on this site are as follows:

Arts Psychotherapy is a problem solving tool that enables a creative response to the issue. As we allow space for the imagination, insights are gained, emotions felt and solutions found.
Astrology offers an in-depth analysis of your unique character and potential. From this understanding one gains clearer insights into finding the right career, relationship, partnerships and life path.  I am an astrologer in London combining astrology and psychology.
Shamanic Healing offers a place to examine problems and difficulties through the use of the Native American Medicine Wheel. Through confronting our demons, spiritual healing can occur.

"Who looks outside, dreams;who looks inside awakes" Carl Jung.

You can book a session in Art Psychotherapy, Shamanic Healing and Astrology in Hackney, which is easily accessible from Liverpool Street station. There you get a 26 or 388 bus, get off at the last stop (Hackney Wick) and it's a short walk from there. If coming by car, free parking space available upon request.  My practice is close to Hackney Wick or Hommerton train stations.
I also run a practice from Body Wise which is a short walk from Bethnal Green Tube in East London

Sand Tray Image

Through the use of figures in a sand tray, we can explore an issue symbolically.  This can trigger thoughts and feelings that are perhaps burried, enabling a fresh and dynamic perspective on the situation.
